Straw Marquerty is an ancient craft of forming a decorative panel using flattened slithers of natural cured straw, every stalk is cut and prepared by specialized artisans ,dyed with textile dye and then applied to the dial and barrel cover. Lightweight straw means there is no issue of pressure on the dial and barrel cover. Straw Marquerty is resistant to the effects of time and capable of catching light to create a stunning dial which is very masculine and sleek.

Osmium due to its rarity and high value density is used exclusively in the manufacture of premium jewellery and timepieces, current global production rate of crystalline osmium is just 120 kg per annum.
