The 18th century witnessed great innovations in horology and among the first to construct watches and clocks with two balance wheels ,also known as “Resonance Clocks” were Antide Janvier and Ferdinand Berthoud,both had a great reputation of making ingenious and complicated clocks including many astronomical clocks and tide showing clocks.

LM2 Rose Gold Blue
The Second generation Legacy Machine No2 Red Gold Blue is slightly less thicker at 19mm as compared to earlier models which were 20mm. JeanFrancois and his team at Chronode and Kari Voutilaien ensured that the movement maintains the 18th century aesthetic style. With its two flying balances, raised planetary differential, historical bridge designs and classical fine-finishing, LM2 celebrates historical dual regulator watches with flair and passion. Watchbazar loves the use of red gold with the sun-ray blue dial plate which gets its hue from the process of chemical vapor deposition (CVD) which quotes the surface with a rich and deep blue.
The manual winding three dimensional movement is made up of 241 parts, 44 jewels with a planetary differential comprising 3 gears and 5 pinions at 6 O’clock and has a power reserve of 45 hours on a full charge.
