2020 and Omega releases another industry changing Tourbillon with a cage that is able to keep rotating even under a magnetic field of 15,000 gauss. The skilled watchmakers also set the Tourbillon’s speed to one revolution per minute allowing the display of seconds, which is essential for achieving certification. OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 2640 can be seen through the sapphire crystal case back, along with its 3-day power reserve indicator. To add luxurious beauty, the bridges and main plate are made from 18K Sedna™ gold, and have been hand-bevelled for a decorative finish.

De Ville Tourbillon Numbered Edition is presented on a black leather strap, the 43.00 mm central case body, buckle logo and crown logo are made from 18K Canopus™ gold – an exclusive white gold alloy, distinctive for its high brilliance, whiteness and longevity. Meanwhile, the lugs, bezel and case back of the watch are formed in 18K Sedna™ gold – OMEGA’s own fiery rose gold alloy. The sun-brushed dial is also in 18K Sedna™ gold, but has been given a captivating dark shade, thanks to its black PVD treatment. Also unmistakable at the centre of the dial is the tourbillon cage with hand polished bevels in black ceramised titanium.

The new De Ville Tourbillon Numbered Edition comes with OMEGA’s full 5-year warranty, and is delivered in a special box with a travel pouch and watch crown winder. GMW B5000CS is the latest full metal construction watch by Casio, while maintaining the heritage look from the first model of the series that was released in 1983-DW-5000C, Casio has added advanced functionality features like wave reception, the Tough Solar power system, and smartphone connectivity, which allows automatic time correction to be performed four times a day and makes it easy to select cities for world time.

The GMW-B5000 is an epoch-making series boasting an evolved exterior with full metal construction of all outer parts. The main features are a grid design in the image of a time tunnel that connects the past with the future. A “near-future” design with prominent silver lines was forged by applying black ion plating finish to the bezel, band and buckle surface, while bringing out an underlying color scheme using a laser to carve out the latticed pattern.

Casio has specially developed large cylindrical forged buttons with internal pipes to guard the button shaft from inside against lateral shocks.

Casio has continued to create inventive color schemes and patterns using unique CMF* combinations, including black ion plating, aged finish, and camouflage design to ensure the design of the series continues to evolve.

Casio just announced two new variants to the G-SHOCK Move GBDH1000-1 and GBDH1000-1A7 both are full featured G-Shocks, tough and rigid and pure outdoor watches. The new line up is now equipped with heart rate monitor and GPS.

Casio has also made new phone apps available to make watch settings easier and to get the maximum for workout use. Customizable target-oriented workout plans can be easily managed. VO2 max calculation and other data analysis capabilities use a library by FIRSTBEAT, a renowned sport science company. Algorithms of improved accuracy support a higher level of training which gives out good indication of ones cardio pulmonary capacity during endurance training.

The surface form of the back covers of these models reduces interference with the back of the hand, while a soft urethane band provides a better fit to the wrist. Bi-color moulded buttons are designed for ease of use, while a high-definition MIP LCD makes display information more legible. Seiko will introduce two affordable variants of the ref 6105 “Captain Willard” edition from june 2020 , The new models will be available in two colors Black dial (Ref. SPB151) which is very similar to the original Ref 6105 and the new Olive green dial with green bezel (Ref SPB 153).
